Judy began her real estate career in 1979 and has helped more than 2,800 families in making a real estate move. She holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designations, and is a Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI). She is certified by Prudential Referral Service in HomeSelling/Marketing and HomeBuying/Destination Services to assist the relocating employee. Pat Overton II
Judy and her husband, Pat, a real estate site acquisitions agent, owned and operated a local real estate agency for 23 years. In November of 2007, the office merged with the DAVIS & MORLEY PROPERTIES LLC., to become a part of the largest firm in Western Oklahoma.
The Overtons have 3 grown sons, Pat III, of Weatherford; Brad, of Cordell, OK; and Greg, of Thomas. Eight grandchildren enhance the Overton household often and family is of utmost importance and joy to both Pat and Judy. The Overtons are active members of Emmanuel Baptist Church. Judy is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, member at large of Beta Sigma Phi, and Weatherford Board of REALTORS and was Honored as REALTOR of the year in 1984 and 1997, served as Oklahoma's President of Certified Residential Specialists in 1997, and Weatherford's Board of REALTOR President in 1999.
